I am a third-generation artist from California. Beginning with Oils on Canvas at my grandmother's knee. More recent work has included sculpture, watercolor, and printing. My current monotype print work uses figures painted on rice paper in Sumi style, then chine-colle' on paper that will be printed. I am influenced by my Latin culture using a whimsical style and vibrant colors. I am fortunate to be able to work in Jonelle Johnson's Studio to create large prints. I am inspired by her work and working beside side her; I am learning something new each day.
